Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. No minimums or conditions—we believe delivery should be simple and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, so your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel from our studio to your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship within Australia. Our focus is on providing the best possible experience for our local customers. If we expand to other regions, we’ll be sure to let our Stylemote community know first.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. To start a return, email us at support@stylemote.com and our team will guide you through the process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to finalize the transfer.
Do you accept exchanges?
